- Currency Conversion: Non-base-currency deposits convert at prevailing FX rates; up to 0.5% conversion fee may apply.
- Verification: Deposits > USD 2,000 require KYC (ID, proof of address). Unverified accounts may face delays or rejections.
- Failed Deposits: Failed/rejected deposits return to source (minus third-party fees) within 5 business days; email notification with next steps.
11. Withdrawal Policy
- Eligible Funds: Cleared balance only (deposits + realized profits - closed trades - fees).
- Methods: Same as deposit method when possible: Bank wire, Card refunds (up to deposit), E-wallets, Crypto payouts.
- Limits: Minimum USD 100; maximum USD 50,000 per transaction (larger can be split).
- Processing Time: Internal: 1-2 business days; Bank wire: +1-3 business days; E-wallets & crypto: ~24 hrs after approval.
- Fees: USD 25 flat fee on bank wires; e-wallets & crypto free (network fees passed at cost).
- Security Checks: All requests undergo fraud review. Additional ID/source-of-fund docs may be requested. Holds up to 5 business days possible.
- Partial/Multiple Requests: Allowed but must meet minimum. Balances below USD 100 must be topped up or combined later.
- Rejections: Invalid details return funds to your NexTrade account with email instructions.
- Cancellation: Cancel from dashboard before & Processing. After that, subject to review and possible reversal fees.
- Compensation Fee: Upon withdrawal, a 25% commission is applied to the total interest you’ve earned over the preceding week. This fee reflects the performance-based contribution of our automated trading system in generating returns on your behalf.
12. Your Rights
- Access & Portability: Request a copy of your Personal Data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Correction: Update inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Erase your Personal Data, subject to legal obligations.
- Restriction & Objection: Limit Processing or object based on your particular situation.
- Withdraw Consent: At any time for marketing communications and non-essential cookies.
California Residents: Under the CCPA, you have the right to opt-out of sale of Personal Data and to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
